Job summary

Crash Champions in Bellevue, Nebraska is seeking a detail-oriented estimator to guide customers through the repair journey, explain insurance steps, and provide accurate estimates. You will perform initial and final estimates after full damage evaluation and manage each repair to meet quality standards.

You’ll collaborate with Body Technicians, review data for post-scan, and pre-close repair orders with required documentation and carrier compliance to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service mindset and strong communication.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Experience working with insurance partners is preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork and carrier requirements.
