Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4–8 years of experience preferred.
• Experience leading or coordinating others is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding accounts receivable and research disputes.
• Develop payment plans with customers and build trust with internal partners.
• Research and resolve complex payment discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Analyze receivables performance, risks, trends and opportunities.
• Communicate with customers and leadership, and lead meetings as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Support process improvements across onshore and offshore teams.
• Assist with project-based initiatives coordinating across departments.
