Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional to drive the recovery of outstanding accounts receivable across designated accounts. You will research disputes, negotiate payment plans, and build trusted partnerships with customers and internal partners.

You will collaborate with the Service Leader as the single point of contact, analyze trends, report on receivable performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve cash flow. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating the work of others, preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
