Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience at a CPG company, strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains) and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collections at a CPG company.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Great Plains.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
• Research and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, and promotional allowances.
• Review remittances, invoices, and supporting docs to validate deduction claims.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate aged balances to drive resolution.
• Process credits, write-offs, adjustments, and account corrections per policy.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Document collection activities and communication with customers.
• Support month-end close, AR reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
