Columbia Bank, through its FinPac subsidiary, is seeking a Collections Specialist to contact lessees 91–120 days past due and negotiate repayment plans. You will handle settlements, extensions, and forbearance within authority, while maintaining detailed notes and complying with FDCPA/UDAAP standards.

This onsite role in Federal Way WA offers a pay range of $22.00–$25.50 per hour, with potential incentive opportunities based on performance and location. Apply via [e-mail].

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in collections, preferably in leasing/contract environment.
• Strong data entry and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to learn and follow bankPolicies, procedures and systems.
• Proven ability to build relationships and think critically to resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with lessees 91–120 days past due via phone, mail and in person.
• Meet and exceed NPA goals and arrange resolutions when partial payments are required.
• Negotiate insurance issues and coordinate collection of late charges and fees.
• Maintain accurate collection notes and prepare documentation for demands or litigation when needed.
• Ensure policy compliance, timely reporting and professional interaction with customers and staff.
