Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of commercial collections experience preferred.
• Experience analyzing credit information and negotiating payment arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquency levels within assigned portfolio using outbound calls and letters.
• Assist customers with account reconciliations using payment histories.
• Access credit information and reports to recommend actions on problem accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Recommend payment arrangements and potential modifications or repossession when needed.
