Financial Pacific Leasing, Inc. is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage 1-30 day delinquent accounts. This onsite role in Federal Way requires communicating with customers by phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment arrangements and protect the company's interests.

You should have a High School Diploma or GED, prior collections experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position offers a pay range of $18.00–$22.00 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous collection experience preferred.
• Must provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, partners, and staff.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers in 1-30 day delinquent status via phone, mail, email, text, or in person.
• Negotiates payment arrangements to ensure timely payment.
• Maintain monthly delinquency goals for self and team.
• Prepare documentation, payoffs, and amortization schedules as needed.
• Utilizes company systems and dialer to manage accounts.
• Provide high level of customer service to lessees, brokers, and staff.
