Job summary

Financial Pacific Leasing, Inc. is seeking a Collections Specialist to maintain effective NPA delinquent account collections. You will contact lessees by phone, mail, and in person to resolve past-due contracts, negotiate resolutions, and prepare necessary documentation.

The role requires strong telephone skills, data entry accuracy, and adherence to FDCPA/UDAAP standards. Onsite position at Federal Way, WA with a competitive hourly pay band and potential incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have data entry skills and ability to multi-task.
• Previous collections experience required; leasing/contract environment preferred.
• Strong telephone customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain acceptable collection effectiveness on NPA delinquent accounts.
• Communicate with lessees by telephone, mail, and in-person to resolve delinquent contracts.
• Prepare settlement packets and forbearance options as needed within authority or with management approval.
• Ensure compliance with UDAAP and FDCPA tenets and maintain complete collection notes.
