Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional to oversee the timely collection of outstanding accounts receivable and to build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners. The role emphasizes dispute research, payment plan development, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve gaps in collections.

You will work with service leaders, analyze receivable performance, and lead process improvements across onshore and offshore teams, while supporting strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating others preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of operations staff.
• Oversee policies and procedures and ensure adherence.
• Resolve complex payment discrepancies and root-cause issues.
• Analyze receivable performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Communicate with customers, partners, and leadership, leading meetings as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Drive process improvements across teams.
• Support projects requiring multi-department coordination.
