Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an experienced AR Collections Supervisor to lead the Accounts Receivable Collections team within the Invoice-to-Cash function, overseeing Analysts and offshore/shared services to drive delinquency reduction and portfolio risk management.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Operations to resolve escalations, implement improvements, and coach staff, leveraging data and AI-enabled insights to elevate performance across high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Accounts Receivable/Collections experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B collections, aging management, reconciliations, disputes, and deductions.
• Experience supervising AR/Collections teams, including offshore/shared services.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and translate data into actions.
• Proficient with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and ERP/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the AR Collections Analysts and offshore/shared services teams.
• Drive collection performance, aging reduction, and portfolio risk management.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve escalations.
• Provide coaching, development, and accountability to team members.
• Ensure adherence to processes and reporting templates across portfolios.
