Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections Professional to manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, develop payment plans, and strengthen relationships with customers and internal partners. You will work directly with the Service Leader for designated accounts to ensure a single point of contact and advocate for efficient resolution.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating the work of others, preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research and developing payment plans.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts for a single point of contact approach.
• Research and resolve complex payment discrepancies and identify root-cause solutions.
• Analyze and report on receivable performance, risks, trends, and collection opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and leadership, including leading meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across onshore and offshore teams.
• Support project-based and strategic initiatives requiring coordination across multiple departments.
