Job summary

New Hire! Cold Chain Packaging, Sales Executive is a senior, independent contributor role focused on defining and deploying cold chain packaging solutions for food, pharma, and animal health.

You will act as the SME and lead strategic customer engagements from discovery to solution design. In this remote US-based position, you will collaborate with internal teams to co-develop products responding to customer needs, while building trusted partnerships and delivering quantified value in a niche

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for customers in food (perishable/frozen), pharmaceutical, and animal health cold chain shipping applications.
• Conduct in-person and remote cold chain assessments, evaluating customer temperature requirements, transit profiles, regulatory constraints, and packaging performance needs.
• Design end-to-end cold chain packaging solutions leveraging the full portfolio: EPS coolers, REfoam+ sustainable alternatives, gel packs, ice bricks, Thermalast bags, and custom EPS configurations.
• Collaborate with Plastilite’s internal teams to develop new or modified products in response to unmet customer requirements, actively participating in the product development process, not just reporting needs.
