Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a Senior COBRA Analyst to manage COBRA administration for high complexity clients, retirees, and LOA programs. The role includes fiscal month-end duties, rate entry, and maintaining COBRA databases while responding to compliance inquiries.

You will input renewal rates, prepare daily balancing sheets, and coordinate with Implementation and COBRA teams. The position requires 3+ years in COBRA/FMLA/LOA with strong Excel skills and knowledge of leave programs.

Qualifications

• COBRA, FMLA, LOA and retiree administration experience.
• Experience with COBRA EAS & PowerStepp.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Company leave programs.
• Customer service experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly disbursement reports for COBRA clients.
• Post live checks and process ACH and credit card payments.
• Maintain COBRA database and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze group renewals and input renewal rates with vendors.
• Process COBRA continuation paperwork and monthly invoicing.
• Handle COBRA qualifying events and daily audits.
• Respond to compliance inquiries and document PHI per guidelines.
