Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a COBRA Sr. Specialist to support the COBRA/Direct Bill team. You will use Workday, Alegeus, and case management tools to process elections, payments, and billing, and to onboard or offboard clients.

Responsibilities include updating cases daily, identifying process improvements, and responding to audit requests. Strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of related experience; 1 year as a Specialist preferred.
• Knowledge of COBRA and federal/regulatory requirements.
• Proficient PC skills with Excel/Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned COBRA tasks and update cases daily.
• Process elections and payments for COBRA open enrollment.
• Initiate and manage direct billing with clients.
• Collaborate with internal/external audits and provide documentation.
• Identify process improvements and support automation.
