GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a CNC Programming Engineer to turn designs into efficient machine instructions on the shop floor. You will write, test, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and validate them against specifications to ensure quality and on-time production.

You will collaborate with manufacturing teams to define tooling, setup, and process improvements, support New Product Introduction, and participate in Lean Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a GED with at least 4 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on CNC programming experience.
• Working knowledge of NC programming/CAM software.

Responsabilidades

• Write, test, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software for new and existing production processes.
• Validate program accuracy against design specs during shop-floor implementation.
• Define tooling, setup, and process improvements with manufacturing teams.
• Troubleshoot CNC programming issues to minimize downtime.
• Support New Product Introduction with programming solutions for first-run parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams applying mechanical engineering judgment.
• Participate in Lean Kaizen events to drive programming-focused improvements.
