Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Process Engineer – CNC Programmer to develop and document CNC and manual machining processes on the manufacturing floor. You will program machining, assist with tooling concepts, and drive process improvements that reduce cycle time and improve part quality.

You will act as the liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing, perform time studies, validate processes, and help implement new products and equipment with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in CNC machining, GD&T, cutting tool technology, and metalworking principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document CNC and manual machining processes.
• Program machining, forming, and robot operations as assigned.
• Capture process information for detailed process definition and control.
