PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior within its CMBS Servicing group in the Midland footprint. The role focuses on assisting in servicing CMBS loans, coordinating borrower admin registrations, processing requests, and handling delinquency management.

You will work closely with functional departments to ensure compliant, timely servicing and accurate record-keeping. The position emphasizes in-office work within the Midland region, with no visa sponsorship or STEM OPT support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CMBS servicing or commercial real estate loan experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and maintain accurate servicing records.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and contact authorized party to complete Borrower Admin registration for CRE Insight access.
• Process borrower requests via phone, email, and CRE Insight portal.
• Research and process incoming and aged funds.
• Monitor delinquencies and perform collection activities.
• Review borrower requested late charge waivers.
• Complete address changes, audit confirmations, and rate cap reviews.
• Collaborate with Functional Departments to assist borrowers with questions or issues.
