Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst to join the Midland footprint. You will support day-to-day servicing of CRE loans, analyze complex loan agreements, and ensure compliance with loan documents and internal policies.

You may assist in reporting and covenant testing while maintaining accurate servicing records. Responsibilities include onboarding new loans, handling taxes and insurance, and managing delinquent accounts when needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with related experience/certifications.
• Proficiency in loan servicing processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex loan documents and interpret terms.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans (CMBS, balance sheet, agency).
• Analyze loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities and ensure compliance.
• Resolve issues with internal/external parties; handle payments, escrows, reports, covenant testing.
• Maintain servicing records, support onboarding of new or transferred loans, and assist tax/insurance tasks.
• Review reports to identify exceptions and support risk mitigation.
