Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst to join the Midland organization. You will support day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans, ensuring compliant processing and timely reporting to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes interpretation of complex loan agreements, risk mitigation, and collaboration with internal teams. A remote work option may be available in select locations with in-office needs as required.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required; related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing, CMBS and agency loans.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans; ensures compliance with loan documents and accurate processing.
• Analyzes and interprets complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities.
• Resolves non-compliant issues via written and verbal communication; may review loan payments, escrows and disbursements.
• Maintains accurate servicing records; may onboard new loans and support tax/insurance administration.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions and assist in risk mitigation.
