The position emphasizes strong borrower relationships, documentation accuracy, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. In-office role with a focus on risk management and client service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing and CMBS/agency loans.
• Ability to analyze complex loan documents and apply terms in servicing.
• Experience with loan documentation, escrow, and covenant testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing of CRE loan portfolio with borrower relationships.
• Process borrower requests via phone, email, and CRE Insight portal.
• Monitor delinquencies, perform collection activities, and review waivers.
• Maintain servicing records and support onboarding of new loans.
• Assist in periodic investor/regulatory reporting and risk mitigation.
