PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst to join the Midland organization. The role supports day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance, accurate processing, and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Based in-office in the Midland footprint, the position focuses on CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans. Ideal candidates will analyze complex loan agreements, ensure policy compliance, and maintain accurate servicing

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of loan servicing and documentation is preferred.
• Experience with CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements for servicing.
• Ensure compliance with servicing agreements, policies, and laws.
• Resolve non-compliant issues via written and verbal communications.
• Process loan payments, escrows, and reserve disbursements.
• Prepare periodic investor, internal, and regulatory reports.
• Perform covenant compliance testing.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records in the system.
• Support onboarding of new loans and transitions of paid-off loans.
• Assist in tax and insurance administration.
• Conduct collections on delinquent accounts.
• Review reports to identify exceptions and mitigate risk.
