Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst in CMBS Servicing within the Midland organization. The role focuses on servicing CMBS and CRE loans, borrower communications, and accurate record-keeping in an in-office environment.

You will identify borrowers, process requests via CRE Insight, monitor delinquencies, and support reporting to investors and stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and strong analytical, risk-aware mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing CMBS or CRE loan portfolios.
• Ability to interpret complex loan agreements for servicing.
• Strong communication with borrowers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Servicing of CMBS and CRE loans with borrower relationships.
• Process borrower requests via phone, email, and CRE Insight portal.
• Monitor delinquencies and perform collection activities.
• Assist in periodic reporting and record-keeping for audits.
