Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity to include increased communication and autonomy.
• Supports day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of CRE loans, ensuring compliance, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders (CMBS, balance sheet, agency loans).
• Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal/external parties; may review loan payments, escrows, and reserve disbursements.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality and contribute to risk mitigation.
