Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior within the Midland-Treasury organization, based in the Midland footprint. You will apply specialty product knowledge to the servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans, ensuring compliance and accurate processing.

Responsibilities include analyzing loan agreements, resolving issues, processing payments and reports, maintaining servicing records, and supporting onboarding of new loans, taxes

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and due diligence to manage complex CRE loan servicing.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to review and interpret loan agreements and apply terms in servicing actions.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity.
• Supports day-to-day servicing of CRE loans, ensuring compliance with loan documents, accurate processing, and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties; may review payments, escrows, and disbursements.
• Maintains accurate loan servicing records and may support onboarding of new loans and transition of paid-off or transferred loans.
