Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.

• Maintain loan servicing records and assist in reporting and covenant testing.
• Support onboarding of new loans and tax/insurance administration.
• Identify exceptions and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
