Job summary

Cloud Software Group, LLC is seeking a Principal Account Technology Strategist to lead strategic technical engagement with C-level and senior stakeholders across major accounts. You will craft technology roadmaps, identify value opportunities, and influence sales execution with deep technical leadership.

You will synthesize complex environments, align with business goals, and drive multi-product solutions that increase customer adoption and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
10+ years of technical customer service experience in high-tech, indirect sales, and/or procurement environments with a record of success in driving customer adoption of technology.
Ability to travel to customer sites, corporate offices, and events.
Certifications beneficial but not required: CCE-V, CC-VAD-CC, CC-VAD-MA/CC-VAD-AWS, Azure Administrator/Solutions Architect, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Associate Cloud Engineer.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers at senior levels across the organization.
Fully integrate with customers, maintaining essential relationships across all levels through regular communication.
Provide technical thought leadership and articulate industry trends and insights as a trusted technology advisor.
Orchestrate technical engagement and resources to meet customer needs and drive adoption of solutions.
Present and communicate effectively at executive level to multiple customers and prospects.
