Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the Denver area to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support.

You will work with engineers and service teams to drive adoption of AWS services and ensure operational health across customer environments. Travel 10%+ as needed, engaging with senior leadership to discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management, while delivering strategic guidance and best practices to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in a distributed systems environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using AWS best practices.
• Drive customer adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and more.
• Represent AWS in a customer’s environment and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management with senior leadership.
