Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) within AWS Enterprise Support to influence Fortune 500 enterprises and maximize value from AWS.

You will lead technical cloud initiatives across Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, Networking, and more, acting as the voice of the customer to AWS product teams. You will craft strategies, advocate for customers, and work with senior leadership to ensure operational excellence and cloud maturity while traveling as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
• Represent AWS to customers and drive discussions with senior leaders on operational excellence and cloud maturity.
• Provide advocacy and strategic guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
