Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is hiring a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers in using sustainable, low-cost GPU compute power for AI/ML, physics simulations, and computational biology. You will be the primary technical-support contact, ensuring customers can leverage Crusoe Cloud to reach their goals and accelerate R&D while contributing to a more sustainable future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or 4+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• Linux CLI proficiency in Linux environments.
• 5+ years in a customer support role, preferably in cloud/storage/networking.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and workload management tools (Slurm, Terraform).
• Proficiency with monitoring tools (Grafana) and familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers via Zendesk, meeting SLAs and maintaining high CSAT (95%+).
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Lead incident management with clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from triage to RCA delivery.
• Develop onboarding materials, knowledge base documentation, and SOPs.
