Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is hiring a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers using Crusoe's sustainable GPU compute platform. You will be the primary technical contact, resolving issues across AI/ML workloads, physics simulations, and computational biology, while driving customer success and operational excellence.

The role features on-site Tue-Sat, with some Saturday remote duties, and a focus on triage, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-performance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience (4+ years).
• Strong Linux CLI proficiency and scripting basics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Crusoe Cloud customers via ticketing systems.
• Own on-call rotation and incident triage with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot HPC, HPC networking, and cloud-scale issues using CLI and internal tools.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams to drive RCAs and knowledge sharing.
• Develop onboarding materials, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation.
