As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you will be the primary contact for technical support, enabling customers to leverage Crusoe Cloud for AI/ML, physics, and computational biology, impacting Crusoe's mission toward a more sustainable future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in cloud, storage, or networking environments.
• Strong CLI Linux proficiency.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes), workload management (Slurm, Terraform), and monitoring (Grafana).
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk, meeting SLAs and high CSAT.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Manage alert triage, maintenance windows, and node delivery testing.
• Work with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from triage to RCA delivery.
• Follow global team processes for ticketing and on-call handoffs.
• Develop onboarding materials, knowledge base docs, and SOPs.
