Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers leveraging Crusoe Cloud for AI workloads. You will be the primary technical contact, handling incidents, triage, and escalations while collaborating with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams to ensure reliable performance.

The role emphasizes on-site Tue-Fri and remote Saturdays, combining on-site and remote work with a focus on customer success and sustainable compute solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or 4+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• Linux CLI proficiency required and experience with cloud technologies.
• 5+ years in a customer support role, preferably in cloud, storage, or networking environments.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and workload management (Slurm, Terraform).
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication and prioritization skills; ability to manage escalations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers via Zendesk and meet SLAs and CSAT targets.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and incident management with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Coordinate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from triage to RCA delivery.
• Develop onboarding materials, knowledge base content, and SOPs.
