Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is hiring a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers in AI workloads and HPC projects. You will be the primary technical contact, handling issues across VMs, hardware, and scaling with CLI tools, while ensuring strong SLAs and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and contribute to onboarding, knowledge bases, and SOPs to scale Crusoe’s cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or 4+ years of experience.
• Strong Linux CLI skills.
• Experience with cloud, storage, or networking support.
• Familiarity with HPC technologies (Infiniband, RDMA).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk, meeting SLAs and high CSAT (95%+).
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Diagnose and resolve VM, hardware, and scaling issues using CLI and internal tools.
• Manage alert triage and maintenance preparation.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from triage to RCA.
• Adhere to global team processes for tickets and on-call.
• Develop onboarding and SOPs.
