Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers using our GPU compute platform. You will be the primary technical contact, addressing incidents, triaging issues, and guiding users through complex environments.

You will collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams, maintain SLAs, and contribute to knowledge bases while supporting on-call rotations and on-site/off-site shifts in Seattle. This role focuses on sustainable, scalable HPC solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in cloud, storage, or networking environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• Strong command-line interface (CLI) skills in Linux environments.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (Grafana).
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Tuesday - Saturday Shift Pattern. Tuesday - Friday on site - Saturday Remote.
• Provide exceptional technical support to customers via Zendesk, meeting SLAs and maintaining high CSAT (95%+).
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Lead incident management from triage to RCA delivery with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Manage alert triage, maintenance windows, and node delivery testing.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from triage to RCA delivery.
• Adhere to global team collaboration and handoff processes for ticketing and on-call procedures.
• Develop onboarding/training materials, knowledge base documentation, and SOPs.
