Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is hiring a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers with sustainable, low-cost GPU compute. You will be the primary technical contact, handling advanced troubleshooting, on-call rotations, and collaboration with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams.

The role requires Linux CLI, Kubernetes, Slurm, and Terraform expertise, plus strong communication to maintain high CSAT and meet SLAs. You will also help build onboarding materials and SOPs, contributing to Crusoe's mission of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in IT, CS, or engineering.
• Strong Linux CLI proficiency and Git for version control.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Experience in HPC environments and networking knowledge.
• Ability to manage on-call escalations and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk and meet SLAs.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with VMs, hardware, and scaling tests.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams.
• Create onboarding materials, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
• Contribute to root cause analyses and post-incident reviews.
