Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers with sustainable, low-cost GPU compute power. You’ll be the primary technical support contact, handling incidents, triage, and escalations while collaborating with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams.

This full-time role offers remote-friendly days and on-site support as part of a hybrid schedule, working to keep customers productive. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cloud/storage networking support, strong Linux CLI skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or 4+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years in a cloud/storage/networking customer support role.

Responsibilities

• Tuesday–Saturday shift pattern: on-site Tue–Fri, Sat remote.
• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk and meet SLAs with high CSAT.
