Crusoe Cloud is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers in leveraging high-performance computing resources for AI workloads. You will be the primary technical contact, ensuring strong support, fast issue resolution, and collaboration with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams.

The role emphasizes customer success, cloud proficiency, and on-call availability across a distributed team, with a focus on sustainability and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or 2+ years in similar role.
• Experience with Linux CLI in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficient with Git version control.
• Customer support in cloud, storage, or networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via Zendesk while meeting SLAs.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Diagnose and resolve VM, hardware, and scaling issues using CLI and internal tools.
• Manage alert triage and maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams.
• Document SOPs and knowledge base.
