Job summary

Crusoe Cloud Support Engineer role focusing on enabling customers to leverage sustainable, low-cost GPU compute power. You'll be the primary technical contact, ensuring timely resolutions while supporting AI workloads and HPC simulations.

The position emphasizes collaboration with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams, plus creating SOPs and onboarding material to empower customers across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• Strong Linux CLI proficiency and Git version control.
• 2+ years in a customer-support role, preferably cloud/storage.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana or similar tools.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communication and prioritization of escalations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk and meet SLAs.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.
• Troubleshoot VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI.
• Manage alert triage, maintenance windows, and node testing.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking and Storage for RCA delivery.
• Follow global handoff processes for tickets and on-call work.
• Create onboarding materials, knowledge bases, and SOPs.
