Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join the Global Financial Services team.

You will partner with large financial services customers to turn strategic visions into measurable cloud outcomes by aligning business goals with AWS services and partner solutions. You will own strategic opportunities, lead executive-level discussions, navigate risks, and coach customers through their cloud journey—advocating for their needs with AWS leadership and engineering

Qualifications

5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.

Responsibilities

Value Realization - Identify and accelerate business outcomes by connecting customers with the right AWS services, partner solutions, and best practices at the right time.
Enablement - Build programs that grow your customer's cloud fluency — think skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partnerships, and hands-on learning.
Governance - Help customers establish the operating models and structures (Cloud/AI CoE, communities of practice, adoption frameworks) that set them up for long-term, scalable success.
Define strategic opportunities tied to large-scale migrations, AI/GenAI, data & analytics, digital innovation, or product modernization.
Drive detailed business and technical discussions with stakeholders at every level.
Navigate risks and roadblocks using acceleration frameworks to keep programs on track.
Coach customers through their cloud journey and advocate for their needs with AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams.
