Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with global financial services customers and drive scalable, resilient cloud architectures. You will mentor teams, deliver workshops, and evangelize AWS design patterns and best practices across large enterprises.

You will collaborate with sales to craft adoption strategies, build trusted advisor relationships, and contribute to customer publications and public events while balancing business value with technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end‑to‑end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C‑level, including training, workshops, publications.

Responsibilities

• As a key member of the account team, partner with customers to ensure their long-term success by helping them harness the power of AWS services to accelerate their business.
• Formulate and execute a cloud adoption strategy that delights our customers and builds strong relationships that lead to strategic revenue streams that exceed AWS objectives.
• Become a trusted advisor by gaining deep knowledge of AWS services, design patterns and best practices, and sharing that knowledge with clients, other SAs and the wider AWS builder community.
• Act as the voice of the customer for AWS service teams to enhance the AWS platform.
• Educate customers by leading workshops and hands‑on classes to demonstrate how to use AWS services.
