Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our Global Financial Services team, guiding large financial services customers through cloud transformations and delivering sustained business value.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, lead cross-functional discussions across business and technical stakeholders, and help shape operating models and adoption frameworks for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven track record.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic opportunities tied to large-scale migrations, AI/GenAI, data & analytics, digital innovation, or product modernization.
• Drive detailed business and technical discussions with stakeholders at every level.
• Coach customers through their cloud journey and advocate for their needs with AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams.
