Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large-scale technical/engineering programs with measurable customer outcomes.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging executives/technologists to solve business problems with advanced tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on pre- and post-sales approaches to impact customer adoption and commitments, as well as closing opportunities.
• Deliver complex technical projects and migrations and AI initiatives that significantly impact customer outcomes (cost reductions, accelerated launches, improved efficiencies).
• Conduct deep discovery to design efficient adoption plans and identify acceleration gaps.
• Implement and define effective people change management approaches to drive successful cloud journeys.
• Work cross-functionally with AWS service teams to address critical customer requirements.
• Mitigate adoption risks and track realization of customer business cases.
• Share best practices and thought leadership in public forums to advance the cloud ecosystem.
