Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Engineer in San Jose, CA to lead technical pre-sales for enterprise cloud solutions. You will design architectures, present to clients, and guide engagements from discovery through BOM reviews.

You will partner with Client Directors to shape account strategies, identify technologies, and mentor junior resources to scale your impact across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 4+ years of pre-sales and data center experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own technical aspects of sales campaigns and hand off to services teams.
• Present at technical briefings and lab demonstrations for clients and partners.
• Be a SME in one or more technologies to support the team.
• Qualify and position consulting engagements and services.
• Provide coaching to team resources to improve solution knowledge.
