Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• 5 years designing and programming large-scale apps through all SDLC phases.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of complex features.
• 2 years mentoring engineers in cross-functional squads.
• Strong Java (Spring) proficiency.
• Solid REST API, OAuth2/JWT, and microservices knowledge.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB).

Responsibilities

• Ongoing evaluation of feature design – identify issues or risk areas with architecture and performance.
• Distill requirements from feature level into implementation tasks.
• Develop features using best practices and align with product architecture.
• Ensure product quality with unit tests, automation, throughput, and security.
• Guide design and implementation for operations, deployment, and sustainability.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate architecture and progress.
