Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Principal Platform Professional Services Consultant to lead deployment, configuration and support of the Falcon Cloud Security platform and related apps. You will plan engagements, optimize installations, and drive follow-on support for CSPM, ASPM, SSPM, and CWP across diverse environments.

You will guide customers with automation, scripting, and IaC approaches, mentor peers, and train teams on cloud platform best practices, contributing to a culture of innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years IT deployment or customer environment experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and support of CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security modules.
• Develop and modify scripts using Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues across enterprise customers.
• Mentor Platform Professional Services team and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and cross-functional teams on projects.
