Job summary

Nerdio is seeking a client-facing Support Engineer to help IT professionals optimize the Nerdio platform for Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Intune. You will resolve incidents, guide deployments, and collaborate with enterprise customers and MSPs to ensure best practices are followed.

The role emphasizes clear communication, documentation, and rapid problem solving in cloud and hybrid environments, with a focus on customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical support, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure role.
• Azure Virtual Desktop deployments or Azure environment management experience.
• Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration knowledge.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configuration.
• Windows Server administration; Linux familiarity is a plus.
• PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage IT professionals clearly.
• Strong documentation discipline and case recording.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through AVD deployments and Azure infrastructure setup using Nerdio Manager.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and MSP partners to assess requirements and ensure deployments follow best practices.
• Provide hands-on technical support for the Nerdio platform across Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.
• Respond to cases promptly, diagnose root causes, and deliver clear, effective solutions to customers.
• Escalate complex platform issues and reproduce findings with internal engineering teams.
