Job summary

Nerdio is seeking a Go Live Engineer to join our fast-moving cloud engineering team. You will deploy and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop solutions, conduct technical demos, and support partners across the Western Time Zones.

The role requires virtualization experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with highly technical customers. You will collaborate on product enhancements and maintain internal tools and knowledge base.

Qualifications

Experience with virtualization technologies, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop.
Strong understanding of Microsoft networking and applications.
AZ-140 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Support sales with highly technical Microsoft Channel Partners and MSPs.
Help Nerdio partners with their first several account implementations.
Assist fellow Nerdio Support Engineers with trouble tickets and problem solving.
Collaborate with technical team members to maintain, design, and enhance current tools and processes.
Contribute to technical knowledge base and documentation.
Contribute to the creative process of product enhancements and new features.
Collaborate towards creating meaningful metrics towards go lives, partner implementation and MRR goals.
