Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise AVD environments and host pools.
• Design image lifecycles, deployment pipelines, and governance for the desktop platform.
• Lead automation initiatives for provisioning, scaling, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex desktop infra, FSLogix, Intune, Autopilot, and networking issues.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure endpoint hardening and compliance.
