RIVO Holdings, LLC is seeking a personable Desktop Support Engineer in San Diego to deliver advanced end-user support, deployment, and device management. You will be the go-to IT contact, handling onboarding, provisioning, and escalation while collaborating on endpoint management projects.

The role emphasizes Windows expertise, MS Intune/365/Azure AD proficiency, and a focus on customer service, documentation, and continuous improvement in a dynamic corporate IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments and endpoint management.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and enterprise desktop technologies.
• Knowledge of Intune, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with independent judgement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail, organization and time management; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, OS, and end-user issues.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and workplace tech.
• Support onboarding activities including workstation setup, provisioning, and software installation.
• Escalation point for complex desktop issues; identify root causes and sustainable solutions.
• Administer endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune.
• User provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and access administration per security standards.
• Device lifecycle management including deployment, asset tracking, and retirement.
• Participate in projects related to endpoint management and tech upgrades.
