Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud‑native enterprise applications.
• Architect and implement microservices, APIs, event‑driven systems and distributed apps for performance and high availability.
• Develop modern, responsive UIs using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build and maintain backend services with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and containerized architectures.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Promote engineering excellence via architecture reviews, code quality, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across delivery teams.
• Evaluate AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI platforms for adoption.
